Ingredients

WE CAREFULLY SELECT ALL THE INGREDIENTS TO OFFER HIGH QUALITY PRODUCTS OF UNIQUE TASTE.

Fresh stracchino cheese produced with Italian milk, pesto sauce made with leaves of PDO Genoese basil, Olive Oil, Italian finely chopped tomatoes and delicious Gianduja cream.

According to tradition, for all our focaccia we use only Italian 00 wheat flour, while the farinata is made with Italian chickpea flour.

The puff pastry is traditionally made by using only three ingredients: water, salt and flour and it’s hand-stretched like they used to do in the olden days.

Each variant of Focaccia with cheese, from the Pizzata to the one with Pesto, from the one with mushrooms to the one with truffles, as well as the one with Gianduia cream, are all made following the same manufacturing process used to make the classical one.

Preservation

THANKS TO OPTIMAL TECHNIQUES AND TIMING, BOTH FRAGRANCE AND TASTE ARE PRESERVED AT THEIR BEST.

Once the focaccia are taken out the oven, after a few minutes, they are stored in a blast chiller where they quickly reach a temperature of -18°C up to the very heart of the product.

This process avoids adding any other preservative, while maintaining both the product’s unique flavour and all its organoleptic qualities.

Once frozen all products are wrapped in heat-seal foils, packaged and stored in refrigerated rooms, ready to be delivered.
